Please read the Terms of Service first before placing an order. Commissions could be cancelled if the customers don't comply with it.

Jika tidak yakin soal kerumitan komisi, pelanggan bisa memberikan referensi terlebih dulu dan artist akan mengkonfirmasi jika komisi bisa dilanjutkan ke tahap sketsa atau tidak setelahnya.✦ Maximum revision count is 2 times and only in drafting/sketching stage, so please provide detailed references INCLUDING visual/image references. If the commission result is not suited to your liking due to lack of clear references, I wouldn't be taking any complaints and refund requests.
Maks. revisi 2 kali hanya pada saat proses sketsa, maka dari itu harap berikan referensi detail TERMASUK referensi gambar/visual. Jika hasil komisi tidak sesuai harapan dikarenakan referensi tidak jelas, artist tidak akan menanggapi komplain dan permintaan pengembalian uang.✦ Payment will be made upfront after the order is confirmed by the artist via DM / email and work will only begin after the artist receives the payment. Payment of 50% of the initial price can be made for commissions above 50$ and for additional fees from additions/complexity/etc, the fee will be billed after the sketch is confirmed or after the work is completed.
Pembayaran akan dilakukan dimuka setelah order dikonfirmasi oleh artist melalui DM / email dan pengerjaan baru akan dimulai setelah artist menerima pembayaran tersebut. Pembayaran 50% dari harga awal dapat dilakukan untuk komisi diatas 100k IDR dan untuk biaya tambahan dari tambahan/kompleksitas/dst, biayanya akan ditagih setelah sketsa dikonfirmasi atau setelah hasil karya selesai.✦ No refunds after the sketch stage is completed. but In case such circumstances occur where I'm unable to finish the commission, a partial refund will be issued.
Tidak ada pengembalian dana setelah tahap sketsa. Tetapi jika ada situasi/keadaan tertentu yang membuat artist tidak sempat menyelesaikan komisi, sebagian pengembalian dapat diberikan.✦ Average working time is around 10 to 30 days. Progress might be faster/slower depending on my condition.
Waktu pengerjaan sekitar 10 sampai 30 hari. Pengerjaan dapat lebih cepat atau lambat, tergantung dengan kondisi dan keadaan.✦ Final commission result is not allowed to be used as NFT or to be processed in AI-imaging tools.

Jangan klaim/menjiplak/mengubah hasil commission tanpa izin.✦ Final results will be delivered via email or your personal google drive link.
